A person who is able to respect & love his or herself, can than care or love others. In Judaism it’s the equivalent of “love thy self, so you can love others and be able to love and help others. It is living “Torah “ in everyday life. It’s Foundation, leads to “love thy neighbor, as you would yourself.” Teaching inner strength and then connection to others , allows us all to thrive .
