There is no upward mobility for hourly employees. If you became sick with Covid, disability may not be covered. Is it any wonder Corporations are finding it difficult to find employees? Life has become precious. That’s why we need Fundamental Change. New rules for Workers giving them the right to organize and have a say in their workplace environment. Instead, we’re getting Corporate PR telling Americans how invested they are in Employees? PR doesn’t replace real commitment. When Corporations stop getting $20 back for every $1 invested in a Congressional representative, we’ll have Culture Change!

At the same time he was secretly investigating Journalists and Congressional representatives investigating him, along with members of their family. All this illegally conducted by the DOJ under AG BARR! When did we become a police state? Imagine if the 1/6/21 Insurrection was successful? Oregon has thrown out one Legislator involved in the 1/6 uprising, Congress should appoint a Special Counsel and do the same! Autocracies that sweep people away in the Middle of the night are definitely not the American way. Stand up for Democracy! Not party, not a person, our way of life depends upon our activism!

Union members set the rules of their employment, had a say in working conditions & followed Safety Standards. They were also given a chance to purchase voting stock and a say in Corporate relations. TheVoiceOfJoyce No wonder today’s GOP doesn’t want History to reflect America’s racist past, in many Southern & TrumpsGOP controlled States, they are racist in their response to unemployment benefits. They look upon benefits as a deterrent to work. African Americans get much less than the white population and now they want to cut out benefits that should have extended through September. Raising wages helps everyone. Increased wages equals increased productivity & less inflation. Realistically, until the Jobs act and For the Families Act, child care and many unemployment benefits haven’t reached long term unemployed or workers in the Gig economy. There will be a lag in employment until people experience relief from economic pain and experience the benefits of child care allowances and resumption of schooling. What we’re-seeing is temporary. Be patient and work with your constituents.
