No action taken to prepare for economic losses or loss of life. No action taken to build stockpiles of supplies to prevent the spread of disease. No action taken for 5 months despite warnings. Why? To preserve the markets, starting in February as the virus quietly spread through our States they covered up the facts and downplayed the potential threat of Covid 19. We also need an effective Central Government made up ofScientists, humanists, Technocrats who will cater to The needs of all the People. We don’t want the current GOP, they’re a Plutocracy. Open the ACA now for everyone to obtain Healthcare. Also, on line education isn’t working. We need testing & a vaccine yesterday. At the very least buy an Oximeter . Protect yourself & your family.

A lot of money has bailed out Corporations. Why are they entitled and we’re? Equality Neutral, TR said and we’re not there yet. You can no longer Monetize Hospitals & Nursing Homes. We need standards of care. We need everyone involved in America’s recovery. There is no inflation, there could be deflation. We need to spend now. We’ve needed this spending since Obama was in office. We’ve suffered long enough. Reject deficit hawks, they don’t represent us.

That means stockpiling PPE’s, Creating platforms for testing kits, mobilized testing throughout our Country, more hospital beds. US has 2.3 beds per1000 & South Korea has 12.8. An emphasis on health makes a flexible resilient population at all times. Better for people, better for the Economy. Prevention costs less than just in time response to emergencies.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Why we need a functioning Federal Government? They can coordinate the needs of each State & ship the necessary Tests & PPE’s required. If the War Production Act were imposed, every pharmaceutical company, lab , startup would be able to contribute to this massive healthcare market. A population of 330 million requires a Billion Tests & tracing of the virus’ spread. The States are not equipped to accomplish this task on their own. In fact, that’s why we have a Federal Government, to unify our country .
