TheVoiceOfJoyce An agreement has been reached between Lebanon and Israel to explore mutually beneficial oil fields in the Mediterranean. They’ve agreed on maritime boundaries, recognition of their territory and have aligned to provide liquid natural gas to the European community. France’s Total may be helping with the exploration. This is the first time Lebanon and Israel have acknowledged each other and delineated their border to act cooperatively since 1948. The US was active in brokering this deal. Congratulations.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The War in Ukraine, day 205, the discovery of mass graves in Izium, shows 99% of the people died violently? And many residents are unaccountably missing. The shelling of Russian Party Headquarters in Kherson was bombed by Russian Himars missiles not Ukrainian forces. Though Putin is telling the opposite story and says the War isn’t over till he has acquired the Donbas region. 101 Countries in the UN voted to listen to Zelensky’s televised address to the General Assembly, next week, when the UN convenes session. Perhaps the Global Community can put an end to this War, sooner than Putin anticipates. No matter what, as Zelensky stated, the War stops, naturally in November, with the weather.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The War in Ukraine has reached a turning point. Arming Ukraine has united the Western Nations and created a stronger integrated EU. They’re all working together to help Ukrainians. The Ukrainian counteroffensive has reclaimed 2400 km of territory in the east and south. The head of State of Chechnya has questioned Putin’s reasoning? The municipalities of St Petersburg and Moscow have called for Putin’s resignation. Loyal oligarchs are questioning Russia’s Defense Ministry decision. This war will grind to a halt in November, due to weather conditions. However, with proper air defenses, Zelensky, can turn stalemate to victory. The Ukrainian War is not over. The Ukrainian counteroffensive is working. Russian forces have been routed or captured. Though the Ukrainian people are suffering, their infrastructure destroyed, as soon as it’s rebuilt, they have rallied to fight courageously against Russian occupation.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Ukrainian weapons appear to be longer range than known. The tide of War may be turning. Ethiopian grain slated to leave today. The Nuclear power is under constant threat of shelling and leakage. UN considering an off limits Zone. Moscow firing weapons indiscriminately, unable to break thru Ukrainian defenses. Ukrainians evacuating people from Donbas, probably for a counteroffensive! We’ll be waiting to see, if Zelensky’s weapons and strategy are sufficient to dislodge Russian troops.

Biden clamping down on Foreign government’s disinformation on Social Media. It’s a start. Zelenskiy says he’ll require almost a Trillion dollars for rebuilding Ukraine. The money can come from Russian assets seized?

The promised Western weaponry can’t come fast enough for Zelenskiy. He’s got a demoralized population and no homes to return to. The Russians have waged a brutal missile offensive. The World wheat still waits for an opening for delivery. Putin default on Bond payments. What happens now? Let’s hope Zelenskiy can receive his weapons shortly and turn offensive able to negotiate a Peace!

A major shift in US policy & parts for planes are sent along with long range howitzers and other heavy weapons. This fight is now put on a longer war footing. Ukrainian army units are acknowledged to be well trained and with the right equipment they can take back territory. Meanwhile, peace talks can continue with a better. outcome for Ukrainians.
