Why should members of Congress, the January 6 Committee or other members of Federal or State Legislatures be the target of violence and harassment, on known Social Media Platforms and platforms used by the alt right and the Trump organization? Corporations are now self regulating. All corporations. There were Laws in place giving the DEA the power to prosecute and follow the money in Opioid distribution. Those Laws were overturned by the Marino Law, named for the Republican sponsoring this Law. Now the Law states, if a Corporation says, they had no intention of addicting others, they can’t be prosecuted. Self regulation brought America an Opioid problem, resulting in 100,000 deaths a year. Peoples lives can be saved by Regulating an industry. There is no difference between a “ brick and mortar corporation” and an online Platform. They all require Regulation. Change Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act and eliminate violent and abusive platforms. They’ve agreed on maritime boundaries, recognition of their territory and have aligned to provide liquid natural gas to the European community. France’s Total may be helping with the exploration. The Russians are demoralized and hitting civilian buildings in a town in Zaporizhzhia , 80 miles from the their Nuclear Power Plant held by Russia. The Navajo nation is spread out over 27, 000 miles of desert , with temperatures exceeding 1.5 C and no aquifers, thanks to water management of the Southwest. 5 generations of Navajo women have raised sheep and horses on their plains and now it’s difficult for them to survive. It’s past time for the US government to accept them as citizens and give them the loan money they require, to upgrade their infrastructure. They should also be included in Colorado River management. They may be small in population, however, their knowledge of their land is invaluable. Give them an opportunity to survive and thrive and their wisdom can help the rest of us, too! Heat deaths are up 36% from last year and people being evicted and forced to live on the streets is partially causal. The number of people forced out of homes by rising rents, has risen to 1000’s. Honolulu has a similar problem and they’re looking at all the factors contributing to heat deaths with a target of Zero deaths. They’re looking at all the factors leading to heat death: lack of affordable housing, homelessness, substance abuse, inflation,inadequate shade. After assessing the data, Honolulu will provide solutions to reach Zero heat deaths. Community heat deserts can be alleviated with Community involved plantings during cooler months. The Fossil Fuel Companies must share the cost of the destruction of our Planet. Decrease in and subsidies and windfall taxes are proposed. If Fossil Fuel Companies are not part of the solution, they should get out of the way of new innovators who can mitigate climate warming. Every .1 Degree Celsius saved means another person survives. We can reverse Climate warming with hard Corporate work. The savings on Carbon and methane emissions leaks, is a start. New seeds and plants for biofuels is a start. If we can resolve quantum information, we should be able to engineer, quickly, new ways to power our World. Since , I’m personally not a nihilist, I opt for an awesome future with new products.
