It may be a year before everyone is Vaccinated and free to resume living. The plans for our future should be developed, leaving no child and no parent behind. Relief for workers is a necessity. Might as well build strong institutional leadership now, Covid is not a “one off”. There will be other Pandemics arising. This is our first test.
