TheVoiceOfJoyce Voting Rights are essential to preserve our Democracy. Time is of the Essence. On August 14th the Census releases its data & States can than redraw their voting districts. To remain fairly drawn, Gerrymandering must be banned, otherwise, Voter Suppression will increase across most States and voting overwhelmingly in districts may not be enough to assure, one person, one vote.
