AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce 40,000 refugees in Rwanda are now empowered by an NGO , providing Solar Powered lighting and stoves made to cook with compressed wood shavings pellets. This project has transformed Refugee encampments . People feel empowered. The kids are learning and playing and entrepreneurs are made. It’s a stent out of poverty.
