AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Community Intervention works in Hispanic and Black Communities, why not use their model of success. They watch the message boards and they intervene to prevent suicides and Homicides. They work with Counselors and x Coms to control the levels of violence in their Communities. Why isn’t this a National Concern. Review the message boards and intervene to save lives.
