Under EPA testing , the bar for detecting PFAS (forever chemicals), that are toxic , is too low! The Guardian used a marker test for PFAS chemicals in our Water and determined millions of Americans are at risk from toxic water. Are we prepared to demand a better way of life? Better testing? We’re guaranteed the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. The 14 th Amendment stats, “nor shall any State deny the pursuit of life, liberty and property without due process of Law”. Sue all States with known Carcinogens in the air and water supply, collectively to protect the Common good.
