TheVoiceOfJoyce Starbucks and other organizations who have taken punitive actions against their employees who Unionized, should not be granted constant Appeals. The NLRB was founded to secure worker rights, independent of the employer. Our Market Society is destroyed Labor rights, short changed them, had to work under horrific conditions and now , employees have an NLRB advocate on their side. Fund the NLRB and Labor will be resurgent along with a thriving middle class. America needs fair wages and benefits and not Corporate litigation or punitive actions, to stop Unionization. Trader Joe’s is closing shops to discourage unionization. Enough! Our employees are quiet in their quest for wage and benefit justice. In the UK, they’re experiencing a Summer of Striking Unions, battling against out of control Inflationary prices.
