TheVoiceOfJoyce After 185 days of War in Ukraine, Putin appears more violent and vicious. He refused to sign an Nuclear Non proliferation agreement with 150 Nations. He wants no reference to Ukraine’s power plant under his control. His troops actions are reckless. Pravda, his propaganda newspaper is back in business in Kherson. He’s selling fear and diminished freedoms. What will make the Russian army pull out. Zelensky can’t wait long for a counteroffensive. Putin can’t be given more time to mass his conscripts. To make matters worse for this World, the Arctic is Russia’s and China’s new testing ground. The World can’t afford dangerous activity in the fragile Arctic. We can’t afford to heat the Arctic and break up ice flows. Their actions effect all our weather patterns. Whether we’re prepared or not, the Ukrainian War effects us all.
