Why won’t the UN condemn this action, since it endangers so many? Russian troops are suffering from fatigue and the Ukrainian offensive appears to be succeeding. Russia is undeterred and continues to shell cities in the Ports and Donbas region. Turkey is ready to negotiate with Putin to declare the Nuclear Power Plant off limits. After 193 days the War continues. Putin does back down to economic pressure. He doesn’t want the prices of Russian oil capped. What else would cause him Economic harm?
