Why would any document, about nuclear weapons, be missing from government archives and selected for personal distribution? What conclusions would you make? Would you take material from the Whitehouse , about nuclear weapons, for your own personal use? We the People are governed by the Constitution and the Rule of Law! If fortunate to sit in the Whitehouse, the President, has the responsibility, to handle top secret materials appropriately and return them to agencies or the peoples archives for future use, when necessary, on a need to know basis. Why would Donald Trump, a private citizen, take documents, from the Whitehouse , on nuclear weapons and the top secret nuclear capacity of a foreign power?
