Biden is in the Imperial President’s seat for now. He’s got 100 days to overturn the damage done by an overreaching Supreme Court with no judicial review, which the founders always thought, should be in place.
The operative words, should be, there never was oversight and now there must be oversight. Nothing taken for granted. First, mandate refusals, 2nd enforce taxation of gifts, third impose term limits, 4th consider removing and replacing the activist judges.
How? For the Supreme Court, enlist the Brennan Law Center and all Constitutional Law scholars.
In order to pass Laws, Call a special emergency session of Congress , starting July 8th, day 1 of the first 100 days. Whoever doesn’t comply, remove and replace them with favorable Legislators. Define favorable; those legislators who will codify the Regulations necessary to protect consumers from Corporate malfeasance. Make Big Money and Corporations accountable. Assure they give “We the People“, clean air and clean water, healthy food and medicines to extend our lives, etc Enabling “We the People” to pursue life, liberty and happiness with equal justice under the Law.
Biden is now the Imperial President, immune from prosecution, because whatever he authorizes is not a crime. Like Louis the 14th, he is the State.
Be an FDR in 100 days and if that isn’t enough time, extend the January inauguration from January to March.
It will be necessary for this new Congress to Amend the Constitution.Overturn the Roe Citizens United and all other Laws legalizing fraud & lobbying. Overturn the 20th Amendment that changes the Inauguration date. Move the Inauguration back to March.
There’s a lot of work to be done to save our Democracy. The Constitution to be amended. Regulations to be codified by Law.

Universal Pre K
Funding of affordable childcare, beginning 6 months
Continued Funding of SS, Medicare, Medicaid
Universal voting right
