Elon Musk is not a member of his Cabinet. As a private citizen he’s broken the Law and has no jurisdiction to fire or hold hostage government employees or their access to their computers.
As a private citizen. He’s broken the Law and he and his team may be physically removed from the office space they hold.
Where are the Federal Marshals to execute their job?

Where is Congressional oversight. This is not business as usual. We are in a Constitutional Crisis. If Legislators can’t or won’t act to protect our Constitution or the Rule of Law, they, too, should be removed from office.
It is never too late to utilize the 14 th Amendment and remove those who took place in the 1/6 Insurrection from their office. This applies to both the Federal and State governments. No one must be complicit in overturning the Constitution .
Who is going to uphold the Law?
