Inflation isn’t hitting only eggs. It’s hitting milk, oranges, tomatoes, bananas and electricity and gas.
Part of our cost increases are due to monopolies in all sectors and to climate crises, as a direct result of Fossil Fuel use. Our carbon emissions were the highest ever this year and will further reduce our food production.
A knock on effect is poor health.
