AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Americans have never felt so disheartened & overwhelmed. They’re suffering from fatigue, mental stress & economic uncertainty & disaster. All of this was avoidable, if we had National & Presidential Leadership that cared about People and prepared for this Pandemic. Even now we could crush this Pandemic with a National Lockdown of 3 weeks and the roll out of RapidTests that work from Yale, BD, Quidel & other small Labs, including Rutgers Genomics. We need results in 15 min. Not 5-14 days. The sick remain home and the Healthy go back to school and work without worrying about outbreaks.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The Hispanic/Latina markets hit hard by this enforced Lockdown. They make up 14.7% of the workforce and 50% of housekeepers, & maids! Now they have no work. 20 million Americans have no work & can’t get work & Congress is debating how to pay only those who work? How are people going to live without a Basic Living Wage at this time? We’ve taken away their Healthcare & education & next is food? Stop the debate and Give income to the Lower & Middle Classes. Americans need a monetary safety net!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The city needs bike riders to cut down on congestion & keep the Economy growing. Corporations will continue in business along with everyone else on these routes. Commerce is maintained and those folks , not the bikers, should pay a 5-8% infrastructure project fee. Infrastructure, a public private partnership creates and maintains jobs!
