I’d need more data to determine FDA concerns validity. The prices of Healthcare keep increasing and it’s not Hospital Costs driving the increases, it’s the insurance companies and pharmaceutical middlemen. Costs will increase after the Midterms, once Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill kicks in! Be aware, we need candidates with solid proposals for Healthcare cost reduction. I’ve just signed onto a New York Health Act proposal, that will provide Universal Healthcare for all New Yorkers. There’s more specific information in the newsletter. Especially on Medicaid work rules, they’re not enforceable or easily managed. This was known to be an administrative nightmare to cut back on Medicaid users. Fact, 85% of folks on Medicaid work!

TheVoiceOfJoyce The latest fight in Washington is partisan Gerrymandering. The Republicans are angry that Gerrymandering their states has produced an equal and opposite outcome in Democratic States. The Democrats are fighting back and Republicans aren’t happy. They can all sign a Non Partisan Gerrymandering Bill prepared by the Democrats. The GOP won’t. The GOP is angry they no longer have the edge.

When the city budget is $50 Billion, why is $5 million for administrative costs too much? Where is this Governor’s humanity? Shame. Yet, the state is making deals with Starbucks. Hopefully Nashville labor will continue the Union trend. Read on and note other states not providing free meals to poor kids and cease wondering why folks are Angry with their Republican government. Cruelty?

TheVoiceOfJoyce Are you wondering how high the price of oil would be, if the Straits of Hormuz remained closed for months? Krugman and the IMF wonder and see recession. I wonder and see an opportunity for alternative fuels , infrastructure and farming and pharmaceuticals that don’t use petroleum products. We’d have a healthier and more productive world. Perhaps we should assume the worse, take away Fossil Fuel subsidies, tax Fossil Fuel windfall profits and start to innovate new energy sources and products that are less toxic. It can be done. ArcTeryx is eliminating PFAS from their clothing! It’s a beginning.

Since the 1970’s we’ve been warned against our reliance on Fossil Fuels. Paul Krugman and the IMF are concerned about the Straits of Hormuz being closed and causing a Global Recession. I say, think opportunity, and start utilizing and funding alternative energy sources and products. Stop our dependency and live healthy.
