● A federal judge in Rhode Island dismissed the DOJ case seeking personal information about voters. Stu is a plaintiff in the case.
●A federal judge in Oregon on Saturday forcefully struck down Health and Human Services Secretary Kennedy’s attempt to impose far-reaching restrictions on gender affirming care for minors, ruling the policy unlawful and blocking its enforcement in the states that challenged it.
●Trump nominated Dr. Erica Schwartz as the new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She is actually qualified.
●John Eastman, the lawyer who let Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election has been disbarred in California.
●Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer is out of President Donald Trump’s Cabinet after multiple allegations of abusing her position.

island). Reading the names of people who have died in ICE Custody or been murdered
by ICE.
● Fox Lies (Truth Tuesdays), every Tuesday noon–1pm. 6th Avenue & 48th
Street.
