TheVoiceOfJoyce This is great for our Country. Millions travel between Nyc and NJ daily. Our tunnels are dangerous and in need of repairs. They’re 110 yrs old. We support Infrastructure projects as engines of change. Generating jobs. It would be great , if large cities were smart cities too! Using computers to Navigate our streets and reduce stress.

This is an opportunity to add skilled IT to all critical infrastructure and decentralized & decoupling significant sources of energy. Monopolies don’t work. Especially, monopolies who never plan for worst case scenarios. In a World with AI intelligence, individuals & Nation states able to disrupt our services , we need to be equally as smart, accountable and transparent to government, employees & citizen oversight.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Starting new programs are difficult. When the Federal Government set up the rental income system for tenants & Landlords, why not send guidelines along with the Program. Obviously, the States are ill equipped to handle disbursement of these funds and need procedures & IT help to fairly distribute their funds to those in need. Yes, a Federal program exists, the money is sufficient to fund approximately 10 million @$10,000 each!

The People want fundamental change: Stimulus checks, child care, unemployment insurance benefits fir the long term unemployed, new job creation with Infrastructure. Go it alone , if necessary, and go big. We need millions employed. We need the entire population vaccinated. Access to retraining. We’re losing Healthcare physicians & front line workers to Covid burnout, while many refuse Vaccination. Corporations can insist on Vaccinations for a return to work. RapidTests are a start. If Biden wastes time on an uncooperative GOP, Americans will suffer!

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Trump tax cut enabled CEO’s to increase their salaries, while workers wages stagnated or ended with the Pandemic. Most corporations added an extra 10-18% to their bottom line and no tax loopholes were closed. 28% is a reasonable amount of tax to pay , along with tax loopholes, that encourage off shoring work. American workers need a raise and a stake in management decisions. When taxation was at 91% for the Uber wealthy our Country was most productive, profitable& people earned more. We had a solid Middle Class. Let’s resurrect them now! Give us New jobs and new industries !
