The Uber Papers, details his campaign to persuade World Leaders to accept his service , while knowingly putting his employees in harms way. If Uber employees were threatened with Violence, he believed that was the price they should pay for the Uber Corporate placement. It appears Kalanick believed he was above the Law and raked in Corporate Billions, while giving his employees minimal pay and destroying the Local cheaper, preferred existing Taxi service market.

American workers salaries keep dropping at $22-24,000 per yr , while Corporate CEO salaries have increased to a minimum of $670-1 and $1000-1 . Corporate buy backs directly flow into thevCEO’s pay package. No wonder American Labor is the working poor. Where’s an EO to level the field and stop the monopolies from gaming their workers. When will workers say enough? When will the NLRB change their rules back from 2004 to empower Labor once again. Americans are suffering on every economic front:No food, limited healthcare, poor education and they know it!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Unemployment may be low statistically, I question the #’s, and employees are still underpaid and unable to cope with inflation. The War in Ukraine didn’t cause our problems, Corporate greed is directly to blame. Change the NLRB Labor Laws to promote labor and employees won’t have to rely on Corporate largesse. Many industries need Union clout to increase wages and benefits. The Food pantries are overwhelmed. When is labor paid a living wage? When will they be compensated for their loyalty? When are they treated with respect and dignity? Capitalism before the 1980’s was not as cruel! There has been a systematic overturning of Labor’s Rights.

There is a Law to hold down food & drink pricing and it’s now being enforced. 10% above street prices is acceptable. Now Congress needs to bring done Street Pricing. The Dallas workers , can consult the folks in Amazon Staten Island for advice. Strike , if necessary. Be determined. Unionization is the way out of poverty and monetary insecurity. Starbucks Reserve in Chelsea, NYC just Unionized. NYC is open to Unions. Our unemployment rate is around 7.9% , twice the National average. Why?
