AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce I find the Baby Formula crisis impossible to understand. Why hasn’t anyone been able to manufacture baby formula in America. We have makers of Power Drinks, Boost, other Pharmaceuticals, Baby food lines, etc. why is this 3-4 month ongoing problem not resolved on an emergency basis? Please explain!!
