TheVoiceOfJoyce. It’s complex to add flood drainage, however, perfection shouldn’t be the enemy of the good. Plan now for the next storm and we’ll have less flooding and loss of life! We have acres of roadways to boulevard’s to make green! We can do it! Add Vertical farming too in every Community!
