Meanwhile, Putin’s campaign into the Ukraine, is already brutal. He has no concern for the life of others. He prefers cluster bombs and maiming of innocent people. Why else would he bomb schools, hospitals and trains? The Ukrainian people will not sign Putin’s referendum for a Russian occupation. Where is the UN commission to examine the Nuclear Power Plant and demilitarize the Plant? What leverage can be used to stop this War? Clearly, Putin is not backing down.
