TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin’s War continues, though it’s been confirmed the Russian population is in free fall. Many professionals have left Russia because they find the War with Ukraine unjust. Putin will not accept Peace talks , unless Ukraine gives up the 4 territories Russia doesn’t control: Zaporizhizhia, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk! Fighting continues and new weapons will make a difference in a few months. No one claims responsibility for attacks within Russia. Ukraine will seek a negotiated Settlement at the UN in the Spring.
