Alabama was ordered by the Supreme Court to draw 2 Black Districts for fair representation of the 25% voting Black Population. The GOP Legislature has drawn one district in defiance of the Court.
Likely, this violation of Black Voter rights will wind up in the Supreme Court and the Courts original ruling, creating 2 Black voting districts, will be upheld.
Time to change legislators and their discriminatory practices.
