TheVoiceOfJoyce One large Agricultural company is sucking up millions of gallons of water for 4 crops ( Corn, soybeans, sugar beats and potatoes) . Is this equitable? Can Minnesota’s residents and the US afford to deplete precious precarious water Aquifers? Why must we make a devil’s bargain? Why can’t we grow crops that are nutritious and less water intensive?
