With 54% of Americans reading at only the 6 th Grade level. America needs standards for all schooling. It doesn’t matter if your kid is taught at home, receives a religious education, all kids deserve a K-12 education, certified by testing.
An educated citizen is able to understand and participate in Democracy. They can make better decisions for their lives and have more options and opportunities for success!
