Increase # Middle Class clout. Tax the uber wealthy. Give us #equality. Why should only the Middle Classes pay into Healthcare? Uncap the salary limit for paying into FICA & Payroll Taxes. Then, mandate employer contributions equal employee contributions, no exemptions. Result? The Middle Class will expand and their Healthcare and Social Security will be funded.
