In the interest of maximizing profits, both Syngenta and Chevron, knew there was a link between Parkinson’s and their product Paraguat and created a misinformation campaign around any links to the product it’s ability to cross the blood brain barrier. Parkinson’s is one of the top killers in the US, yet, without an aggressive EPA, millions can be exposed to its fumes. It can’t be ingested, it’s toxic. It’s used on fields to kill weeds, it’s sprayed from planes and over our ubiquitous food staples. For 50 yrs, the companies downplayed the tremors noted and the products effects on the Public, all to keep the profits flowing. Like Glycopvhosphates, they’re toxic. No wonder the US has decreased our lifespan, we don’t hold Corporations accountable. Where are Laws to enforce proper disposal of toxic chemicals? Clean water is a shrinking resource.
