To save the lives of US citizens living near the plant, the US government took the Japanese manufacturer to trial. The trial was to start in April. 2025. Is Trump allowed to cancel a scheduled Federal Trial? Just because most of Americans living near the Plant are poor or middle class, after 50 years, aren’t they entitled to clean air and clean water?
