TheVoiceOfJoyce The 24 Republican States intend to shamelessly protect Corporations from disclosing their Carbon Footprint? Why are 24 States, run by Corporations for the Corporate Welfare, superseding the needs of “We the People “? How can their citizens vote for Corporate Welfare over theirs? Why should Corporations be unaccountable? That’s supporting of “NeoLiberalism” ( no corporate accountability, no regulations & small government) This ideology doesn’t protect” we the People “, it protects Corporations. Why do we have unequal Justice? Income inequality? Illiteracy? Voter suppression? To maintain Corporate Power and largesse. When we run out of water, will you be fighting the neighbors or the Corporations. Will you Vote Corporate Power out of Government, along with the 24 Republican State Governments?

They need overtime and want more pay and benefits for temporary or part time workers and overtime pay. They’ve looking for the right to take water breaks in the heat , since their vehicles aren’t air conditioned. UPS , another Corporation making record profits and refusing to upgrade employee living standards and provide humane treatment to their employees. When will a Clean Slate for Labor be implemented and enforced by the NLRB?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The FTC is litigating Kochava a tracking agency/ broker . Kochava claims to have data on billions of devices and sells that data to individuals and companies, or anyone who pays for our private data. It’s abusive and requires regulation. The FTC was particularly interested in making our visits to healthcare facilities and Drs private. However, when polled the abuse of our private data is happening on a daily basis and should be curtailed. Even when platforms say they’re deleting your profile, they may not be deleting all the information they’ve collected. There are sub programs made of our movements, allowing Corporations to predict what we’ll purchase, how we’ll respond on loan applications, or on interviews. These predictions, an outcropping of our personal daily lives, have the ability to destroy our credit and our livelihood. Why should a private corporation have power over our lives? The FTC is right to litigate Kochava and develop rules to safeguard our privacy. Millions of lives are at risk. Violent acts can be committed against people, when our data is sold to the highest bidder.

There is a remedy and “ We, the People”, can support Sheldon Winehouse’s DISCLOSE ACT and follow up bills, making all political contributions over $10,000, disclosable to the SEC and totally transparent. The investigative Press are supporting this Act. There is too much opposition against the Peoples right to know who’s suppressing our Voting Rights, our Healthcare benefits our ability to mitigate climate. The Koch wealth has suppressed the Disclose Act for 10 yrs. Many Corporations have led in Suppressing these bills as well. It’s time the Public was involved in determining our right to Political transparency. TheVoiceOfJoyce Nurses go on strike in Minnesota as negations continued over their contracts. They’re understaffed and requested a pay increase, claiming hospital administrators are well compensated and refuse to acknowledge, patient care is suffering. During a period, when 768 nurses left the profession, patient care declined 33%, characterized by adverse health outcomes. 15, 000 nurses are ready to strike. From what I’ve read and heard around the country, nursing staff is short on personnel and they’re unable to administer proper patient care. Why doesn’t America have a standard of care for all facilities? A known ratio of patient to nurse care? This standard of care would be applicable to hospitals and nursing homes, allowing healthcare professionals to concentrate on care giving, increasing patient healthcare positive outcomes. .

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Starbucks personnel are penalized for forming a Union. 200 shops are Unionized and 75 employees have been terminated and harassed by management for being part of the Union. Several Starbucks locations are on strike, protesting their lack pay, harassment and lack of benefits. The NLRB is investing all Starbucks employee claims. Good luck! The Rules of a Clean Slate for Workers, would make the process of Unionization easier, eliminating Corporate interference. It would , also, allow for sectoral Unionization. A win win for labor and their Community.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Another Corporation with no oversight and Cancer clusters are in southern New Hampshire ! PFAS, toxic forever chemicals have leached into our waters, once again. PFAS chemicals are all over: army bases are contaminated. Where are Regulations and Congressional oversight? Why aren’t Corporations held accountable? Fined? Made to clean our waters and provide health care to the 1000’s of citizens affected? Good governance has good laws to protect us, “We the People”, from harm. This is not an isolated incident. It’s another toxin we’re living with or dying from while our Government is grid locked. Flint has lead in their water. New Jersey has lead in their water and paint. Louisiana has toxic alley from petrochemicals. St. Louis has nuclear waste that was buried and leached into their water supply. Isn’t anybody writing Laws to provide us with clean drinkable water and fresh air to breathe? When do we decide our health and well being are more important than Corporate profits?
