TheVoiceOfJoyce Glyphosate found in 80% of American Urine Samples. This chemical is the main ingredient of Roundup, now owned by Monsanto & Bayer. The Manufacturer claims it’s harmless, the scientists say it’s Carcinogenic. Bayer settled for $11 Billion in 2018. Are you part of this Lawsuit? Can you claim you have Non Hodgkin Lymphoma? Are more people at risk? Another claim? Banning the product? The Facts: The insecticide was made for GMO crops and leaves 25% of fields barren, unable to support the planting of new crops. Certainly, there’s cause for medical concern & evaluation. Another, Class Action Lawsuit against the manufacturer? We don’t know the long term harm of these products, it’s part of our food supply. We’re entitled to clean air, clean water and food. Additionally, a chemical destroying soil nutrients maybe proven capable of entering and altering growing cells. Roundup is a major health concern and should be investigated by the FDA!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The Marshall Projects tracks data on Mass Shootings and this year is the deadliest. Since 2016, violence in America has increased to 124 deaths a day. The Country has grown more violent , why? Culture Wars, Social Media, Fox News, Easy Access to assault Rifles. Congress, if functional can Legislate against violence in the Media or Fox. The FCC could reinstitute the Fairness Doctrine. 3 rd If the Supreme Court, was consistent in voting for a strict adherence to the Constitution, they would ban all guns or allow only muskets. We have a standing Army, that pledges allegiance to the Constitution. We have a National Guard and a Police Force, no one else needs a gun. Or the Court could ban Ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines. Since none of this is occurring to maintain the Public Safety, shut down Gun Manufacturers, distributors and all sellers of weapons with a Massive Class Action Lawsuit. Use the same model as targeting Tobacco. The Facts and the Law are on the side of the People!

They’ve been lying about their knowledge of Climate Change for 50 yrs and buried their denial with disinformation campaigns . Now they’re touting a cabin capture methodology, that is not used. Stop their games and they’re wasting of time, Sue them exponentially, Now! There is no defense for them now. Fossil Fuels are a sunset industry. Assets will be left in the ground. Just like Litigation is due to bring Fossil Fuels use to a halt, why not use the same tactics to curtail and stop the use of guns in America , too! Make our cities and our World safer at once!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Climate crises increasing as Scandinavia and the Balkan States plunge from 30degrees Celsius to below Normal temperatures. The Arctic towns and Northwest Canadian towns will also see lower than normal temperatures after experiencing a heat wave at 30 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile,China will experience temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius in their western region of Jinghe. We have no experience with these swings in climate and may never know when Climate Crises are accelerating. We need a World organization to act collectively to utilize new sustainable products to capture Carbon and power our World with less emissions. Working together, we can maintain parallel systems and then discard the old methodologies in favor of the new! Globalization must evolve to support a healthy life on Earth. We are all connected!

We can’t afford to exceed 1.5 degrees Celsius. If so, billions will die and our water resources, fish & crops will be limited. A lack of resources and the air we breathe, will kill us.

Russian forces have evacuated Snake Island leaving the Ukrainian Ports , once the mines are cleared, to proceed with grain shipments to Counties in Africa & Asia. Greece has offered to help transport Ukrainian grains. Moscow continues to shell Donbas with all the artillery they have. Kyiv needs more weapons and Turkey, The EU and the USA & UK are supplying them. Noting what’s happening outside Putin’s realm, Putin has decided that there can be a just Peace and he’s looking forward to a ban on weapons in the future, with non aggression pacts. Turkey has been an honest broker between NATO & Putin. Let’s hope, amidst the backdrop of War, humanitarian aid prevails!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce. The Carbon footprint from industrial farming is 40% of all Carbon Emissions. The US is responsible for11% of Carbon Emissions. These Emissions can be reduced, when people ask for food diversity and a healthier diet. By planting different crops and reducing our reliance on beef Carbon Emissions will decrease. Next, why subsidize corn, wheat and soybeans ($20/billion a year), by rewarding monopolies & encouraging them not to invest in biodiversity? Corn is mandated for ethanol production. It can be replaced by canola plants grown in the desert . These plants do not compete with any other product and use less water, they’re made to be a bio fuel. Meanwhile, we’d free up grass land to cultivate tastier fruits and vegetables. This would be a win win for Americans:Less Carbon emissions and better tasting food products, with more choice and an enriched soil. Wouldn’t you want that farm fresh taste?
