AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The Greenland ice caps are on target to lose enough water to cause a 10” rise in sea water globally. This is one Country and their ice cap. We must think about the alps, Himalayas, Antarctic and other regions of our globe as Fossil Fuel emission’s increase. 600 million live in coastal regions and $1Trillion in damages is anticipated. The cost to lives and property now exceeds the benefits of fossil fuel use. Collaboration globally is a necessity to integrate renewables into our existing grid systems. A major benefit is the employment of twice as many people at higher wages, making the Resurrection of the Middle Class possible.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Why isn’t the NLRB aggressively prosecuting Starbucks for violating the Civil Liberties of their employees? Forming a Union should not be met with Corporate dismissal. Jennifer Abruzzo helped write The Clean Slate for Labor, how long does Labor have to wait for their implementation? Starbucks Corporate Power is excessive and cares little for the payment and benefits due employees. Starbucks, is evidently following the Chicago School of Economics, long debunked, that espoused Shareholder value & profits, over pay with dignity and proper working conditions for employees. Henry Ford understood, you pay your employees handsomely and they can afford your products. Major breaks in the employer/ employee contract started to occur with President Ronald Reagan. Now with a new person in the NLRB, fund the organization for Rule Changes that favor employees and keep Corporations at arms length from their Rights to Unionize!

TheVoiceOfJoyce The analysis: Fight Corporate greed and not working class people. Personal borrowing to purchase goods has increased. The consumer can’t fight monopolies. The Federal Government can put pressure on monopolies by promising a windfall tax on excess profits. Big oil and gas, have made record profits, they’re not investing, they’re giving shareholder buybacks. Why encourage their behavior, lower pricing at the pump by removing Subsidies and instituting a Windfall tax, for Corporations making huge profits, while passing on high costs to consumers ! Why should the 80% experiencing inflation, suffer from Corporate Greed? Give working people a chance to survive and thrive.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Heat waves rising exponentially were not on Scientists models. As our Globe warms, excess deaths due to heat are occurring in every Country. Life has meaning & a cost. Isn’t time for every Country to be integrating renewable energy into their grids on an emergency basis? We now know Coal plants can be repurposed for Solar And Wind Turbine integration. Why wait till we run out of food and water resources? We can start the integration now !

TheVoiceOfJoyce Issuing a stake in Federal subsidies to Chip makers makes sense. How much money would be returned to taxpayers and how would it be spent? Why can’t we retroactively tap into the Trillion dollars subsidies of of the Fossil Fuel Industry and reduce pricing at the pump or decrease their Subsidies by 50% until they include renewable energy in their product mix. The Federal Government and taxpayers should benefit from the Subsidies and real estate tax breaks from Big Agricultural Firms, lower prices at the market would be welcome, here, too! There’s a lot our Government can do to lower costs to the Consumer and it’s necessary when Corporate Greed is responsible for higher pricing to the Consumer. Why not target all Corporations doing business with the Government, if their CEO’s make 2200 Times their employees salary, the Federal Government might levy a 10% tax, funding tax payer relief? If the microchip industry gave back equity to the Federal Government to benefit taxpayers, how would the government structure this return on investment? Can this structure be applied to all industries getting Governmental Subsidies? Or all industries doing business with the Government? It’s time “We the People “ benefit from Government largesse, too!

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Pandemic is waning and we’re giving away 8 tons of Food to half million to a million New Yorkers. Our food pantries are instantly emptied. Food insufficiency & child starvation persist until Congress Passes the For the Families Act and then provides jobs for Everyone. We have skilled technology professionals not working and not able to receive benefits unless there’s a plan in place. So many forgotten people, yet industry shows no sight of innovation and understanding or employment! When will the misery end for millions?
