Gamma radiation has increased to 20 times its usual levels in the area. Chernobyl staff maintaining the facility are being held hostage. Why is Putin obsessed with inflicting harm on the Russian military, the Ukrainians and other countries as well? There should be a cease fire and Putin should be brought up on charges, for crimes against humanity!
