AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Vanuatu’s youth have formed an NGO to put questions before the International World Court and the UN General Assembly, asking for legally binding Law to curb Climate abuse that harms the righ to survival of the Pacific Islands and marginalized communities. They want a framework of Laws to hold Nations and Corporations accountable for sea level changes and a rise in heat. This new Law would be a model for future litigation to prevent the acceleration of harm to today’s youth and our Climate. Kudos. Litigation though long focuses attention on an issue that must be addressed for our survival.
