The same thing happened on Metro North , a week ago. Do you think the heat is the problem? Is Heat affecting our rail systems, power? Infrastructure in weather extremes are not flexible to cope with the heat. Would manual over rides on trains help or more intensive frequent maintenance? This is uncharted territory for all of us.
