Are new Ukrainian plans and preparations, made to liberate Ukrainian citizens trapped in the 4 regions, awaiting annexation by Putin? What then? Will Putin continue to use Ukrainians as human shields? In Putin’s war, everyone but him, is expendable. Prior to the sham Referendums, the Nord Stream pipeline linking Russia to Europe, was bombed, leaving plumes of methane gas in the Baltic Sea, further deteriorating our climate’ s ability to mitigate Climate extremes . Sabotage by Russia is assumed and must be verified. Russian citizens are still leaving Russia for other Countries to avoid conscription.
