The Trump Administration, have repeatedly fired people or deported people without the Constitutional authority to do so. There are remedies for defying the Constitution. It’s called Impeachment. There is enough malfeasance to press charges against Trump now.

The Congress created the FTC Board to protect consumers from Fraud and large Corporations. The FTC BOARD must be composed of 5 members. A max of 3 from one Party and 2 from the other. The President has no right to fire 2 Democrats! It’s unconstitutional.
