All of this was avoidable, if we had National & Presidential Leadership that cared about People and prepared for this Pandemic. Even now we could crush this Pandemic with a National Lockdown of 3 weeks and the roll out of RapidTests that work from Yale, BD, Quidel & other small Labs, including Rutgers Genomics. We need results in 15 min. Not 5-14 days. The sick remain home and the Healthy go back to school and work without worrying about outbreaks.
