Thank you for joining our daily program. Today , not only will I follow up on your projects, but I’ll propose a new one for tomorrow.
As we honor our Vets, please take the time to acknowledge those in your community who have been unemployed or remain underemployed, as well. We want to treasure our people and make them feel a part of all of our lives. We’re not Zombies. If we don’t recognize those who have no work or adequate work, Government will never know that a large “silent majority ” exists. Let’s photograph “the Silent majority” and start our own Facebook or Social Media campaign.
It worked for the University of Missouri. The students televised their protests on (Twitter) social media which resulted in the firing of the University President for racial discrimination. Why can’t we give the unemployed and underemployed a face and numbers.
The US GDP does not reflect reality. It merely acknowledges that the stock market is doing well. What about Main Street ? How well are you doing? We’re not Zombies. Let’s be counted in the Public Square. What do you think? The choice , as always, is yours.
