Climate change is occurring. I’ve heard it’s up to the States. Yet, 28 States are controlled by the GOP, who refuse to invest in People or Renewables.
While we’re concentrating on the Presidential Election Of 2020, all forward momentum on Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure, Election Reform are on hold. Why should Trumps GOP respond or Respect the House Democrats when they hold the Power to Impeach this President and do nothing to exert their coequal Rights. Isn’t it time to enforce the Rule Of Law and support our Constitution? Do we want a Government without Checks & Balances? An autocracy, unaccountable to “We the People “?
- These are some reasons to Impeach Trump. The Mueller Report speaks for itself. It demands a check and balance on the Presidency. The Special Counsel laid out the plans for Impeachment based on Obstruction of Justice. As I write, Trump is adding data to Mueller’s Report. He’s repeating his past behavior by using a Foreign Power to smear a Presidential rival. He compounds his misdeeds by Obstructing Justice. How? He covers up his aborted attempts to use information from a Foreign Government to Politically damage a Presidential rival. By obscuring the facts surrounding his involvement with either a Russian Prosecutor or the newly elected Ukrainian President, he Obstructs Justice.
There are so many instances of abuses of power at the Executive & Judiciary level, one has to wonder, when will the Democrats exert their Coequal Rights? Why would they allow a President & the Judiciary to remain unchecked by the Constitution? How much abuse of power must “We the People “ withstand?
The heart and pulse of “We the People”.
