TheVoiceOfJoyce Why am I hopeful?

Why am I hopeful? The Pandemic is creating another great migration.

  • Young techies are moving out of the high priced San Francisco area to larger cheaper housing with land for their kids.
  • They’re going to Austin, Texas, Denver, Colorado and Georgia. Some are finding their way to NYC
  • Great news for us all, as the kids scatter throughout our Country, their values come with them.
  • They’ll be active in Community Politics & Business Culture making building back better a reality, not a slogan.

I have hope. The Pandemic will end and this new diaspora will create pockets of scientific thinking and understanding of Societal needs.Empathy, human warmth, and solidarity will be needed to support those whose lives were made more difficult by the Pandemic. ” (my thoughts, expressed by The Begin Sadat Center for Strategic Studies)

  • Young people will become new advocates of our future and they won’t tolerate mal treatment of others.
  • Human rights, empathy for each other is in and Plutocracy is out.
  • Finally, we’ll have the space we need in larger cities , to convert empty space to affordable housing. We’ll have an energized tax base demanding good schools, child care and counseling.
  • I see Societal change that’s inclusive and more compassionate, forcing change from the top and the grassroots.

The change in our culture has begun, as Corporate Leaders withdraw funds from TrumpsGOP, making the Republican Party examine, who and what they represent. The Republican Party will, of necessity, become accountable for it’s actions. We the People, have woke!

  • PAC money withdrawal from the Republicans, coupled with migrating families to once red or Purple States, is the basis of change with a positive twist. New ideas, new money and individuals to power our bright future.

I have HOPE!

The heart and pulse of “We the People “.
