AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce There’s a lull in fighting. Cease fire or regrouping of Russian troops and supplies. Russian supplies are running low and they maybe tapping into China for back up ? We’ll know. There’s been a Russian request to move new troops in from Syria, jails, etc. meanwhile, the World waits for Peace. The War is now costing Russia $700 Billion Dollars and reconstruction costs. A tragedy for the Russian people, the Ukrainians , the EU and the Planet.
