Surgeon Michael Campbell uses an AI program called VIRTUGUIDE to plan bunion surgeries. At Sentara, clinicians are using an AI system called DAX Copilot to automatically draft clinical notes during visits.
Sentara leaders say the technology is also reshaping medical education, with training now including how to use AI safely.
