Join Indivisible Brooklyn and Julie Peppito to build art for the October 18th NO KINGS! protest in New York City as part of a nationwide mobilization to tell Trump and the GOP that WE THE PEOPLE are the power of this nation. We will use OUR RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH to peacefully reject their attempts to rule by autocracy. We will be painting vibrant symbols that assert that there will be NO KINGS in the USA.

Please join us to discuss how the New York Health Act — our state’s universal healthcare bill — will greatly expand healthcare for everyone who lives or works full time in NY and make it truly affordable for all.
We will also discuss how to fight back against current threats to cut and privatize traditional, public Medicaid and Medicare, and threats to immigrant, disability, LGBTQIA and reproductive rights, and the barriers to healthcare that are impacting you and your community.

Want to help keep NO KINGS II safe, organized, and powerful? Join us for an official Marshal Training. Whether you’re brand new or just want to brush up on your skills, this session will cover both and is open to anyone ready to learn and support actions in any role.
This training will be interactive and discussion based. You’ll leave with real tactics, scripts, and tools you can use right away. We’ll go over what to do in case of police presence, counter-protesters, or emergencies. No prior experience is required — just bring your curiosity, your questions, and your commitment to keeping our community safe.

We are now holding a weekly Immigration Vigil outside 26 Federal Plaza where the New York ICE headquarters are located, and where there are Immigration Courts and a detention area.
This building is where ICE agents have been snatching asylum seekers for no known reason other than to make Stephen Miller’s quota.
This is a quiet vigil with no chanting and minimal chit-chat; but our signs and messaging are powerful.

NOTE: This will be a march, not a rally! Enter from the northern side, and we recommend using subway stops on 47th-50th streets

Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger. “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.
The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
