AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The working poor, the understaffed plight of Fast Food Workers nationally. CEO’s of the Fast Food chains make over 2000 times the pay of their average workers. Clearly, $15.00/hour is not asking too much. It’s time for a major Union to organize Fast Food workers and help them collectively set standards for work. Too many Corporations are profit driven and deliberately understaffed to generate enormous Corporate profits. While a business requires a profit to be successful, that doesn’t negate the Corporate responsibility to give employees a decent living wage and a safe working environment. If workers are unable to Bargain for their Rights, this is an opportunity for Sectoral Unionization. The entire Fast Food Industry’s employees need the protection and Negotiating powers of Collective Bargaining. Unionize today and secure a Basic Living Wage with cost of Living increases and other humane perks.

The suit alleges that these organizations knowing lied and perpetuated a fraud. This Big Lie, had violent consequences. The litigation is proceeding.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Amazon’s Bezos pledges to change how Labor is treated or will be responsible for running out of Labor in 2 years. Poor working conditions, cause excessive accidents and burnout in Amazon warehouses, leading to 150% turnover and 6.8 accidents per 100 people. The norm is 3.3 accidents per 100 people. Still high. No wonder today’s workers are distressed in retail. We’re people and not Robots. Perhaps the new generation of Moguls ought to study successful businesses of the past to model new business? People are not machines and need tools to do their jobs. There can be decent working conditions, benefits & safety with productivity! Bring back Sectional Unionization and allow Unions to negotiate for all Retail Labor. Strengthen Labor Laws at the NLRB and enforce existing Law. Add a fair minimum wage Federally.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Last week citizens demonstrated for health benefits and services. At the end of June, the Rail Workers will strike for higher pay & benefits. Like the Court defense barristers intending to strike, assistant make 31,000 pounds. Not enough to live on with rising inflation. Teachers may strike next. Inflation is Global and not sustainable, using high interest rates to curb it can’t be our only tool. The poor and middle Class need equal treatment to Corporations. The poor and middle Class didn’t cause inflation and haven’t benefited over the last decade.

That Jews, Democrats and African Americans would encourage immigration to take jobs away from white people. They would also place these immigrants in Government. Their propaganda has led to approximately 4 hate crimes in this Country. An increase in Anti Semitism. They started in Charlottsville, went to Philadelphia and now Buffalo. The Daily Stormer, calls Fox News their ally. This is a known Nazi Party congratulating Tucker Carlson on his hatred of Jews, African Americans, Democrats and the reasons behind Fox’s irrational message of fear of immigration. Worse, Fox News is also the active supporter of Current Republican messaging which is their messaging. Only Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger condemned Fox and TrumpsGOP. Make no mistake, Fox perpetrated lies for profit and are co conspirators to murder. Their propaganda has led to violence many times. When does government reduce their power and lies? When does Government take a stand against rhetoric leading to hate crimes and crimes against humanity? This is not a free speech issue. Fox has abused their first amendment rights. What does the legal community say? Are they criminally or legally libel?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce I disagree when Olsen says, the poor & middle class got us into inflation. It’s Corporate Greed 100% & the top 1%. Absolutely, I agree, tax the 1%. Also raise Corporate taxes to 28%. Don’t touch our social security or Medicare. Instead, let everyone pay into payroll deduction and FICA according to your salary. Stop limiting income to be taxed, unless you make the first $118,400 non taxable ? Convert Hedge Funds fee s to income and tax it as ordinary income. Stop the Financial Game playing. If the GOP wants rate increases, they’ll bring us to a Reagan era recession and more stock market sell offs. Stop Corporate Greed & Raise the lower and middle Class safety net. Pay down the deficit by increasing Revenue! Start building America.
