TheVoiceOfJoyce: when do we act to put The War Production Act into place to allocate clean energy funds to cities in dire need of green spaces? When the water runs out, what are your options? Who can you blame for Climate Denial and not discussing rising CO2 Emissions in text books? Fox New & the Fossil Fuel Lobby. We can start capping and taxing Methane & Carbon Leaks. We can start banning the mining of Bitcoin which uses more power than Houston, Texas. We can all enter into a Class Action Lawsuit against Fox New & the Fossil Fuel industry for deliberately burying the Scientific facts that can save our lives now. The FOSSIL FUEL INDUSTRY, knew they creating excess CO2, they knew the consequences of oil, coal & gas production and used it anyway, since it was cheaper 50 yrs ago to stay with their technology, rather than invest in the clean technology that was expensive then, but not now. It’s a proven fact, renewable energy costs less and provides twice as many jobs as the Fossil Fuel industry. The War Production Act can decommission Coal Plants now and set up Solar and Wind Power now, more jobs, better pay. Good for all Americans.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Issuing a stake in Federal subsidies to Chip makers makes sense. How much money would be returned to taxpayers and how would it be spent? Why can’t we retroactively tap into the Trillion dollars subsidies of of the Fossil Fuel Industry and reduce pricing at the pump or decrease their Subsidies by 50% until they include renewable energy in their product mix. The Federal Government and taxpayers should benefit from the Subsidies and real estate tax breaks from Big Agricultural Firms, lower prices at the market would be welcome, here, too! There’s a lot our Government can do to lower costs to the Consumer and it’s necessary when Corporate Greed is responsible for higher pricing to the Consumer. Why not target all Corporations doing business with the Government, if their CEO’s make 2200 Times their employees salary, the Federal Government might levy a 10% tax, funding tax payer relief? If the microchip industry gave back equity to the Federal Government to benefit taxpayers, how would the government structure this return on investment? Can this structure be applied to all industries getting Governmental Subsidies? Or all industries doing business with the Government? It’s time “We the People “ benefit from Government largesse, too!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Climate crises increasing as Scandinavia and the Balkan States plunge from 30degrees Celsius to below Normal temperatures. The Arctic towns and Northwest Canadian towns will also see lower than normal temperatures after experiencing a heat wave at 30 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile,China will experience temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius in their western region of Jinghe. We have no experience with these swings in climate and may never know when Climate Crises are accelerating. We need a World organization to act collectively to utilize new sustainable products to capture Carbon and power our World with less emissions. Working together, we can maintain parallel systems and then discard the old methodologies in favor of the new! Globalization must evolve to support a healthy life on Earth. We are all connected!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce UN sounds the alarm on inequality and Climate Change. Calling out Coal mining as the enemy of our Planet. ( odd the US Supreme Court wants to preserve coal, though it is the most environmentally harmful of all CO2 and methane emitters) Our World is in crisis; War, Covid and Famine. We can’t afford to exceed 1.5 degrees Celsius. If so, billions will die and our water resources, fish & crops will be limited. A lack of resources and the air we breathe, will kill us.

Causes: Corporate Greed, supply chains, War in Ukraine, Climate Change ! Spending is down. We need to increase R&D and keep people employed at a decent wage. CEO pay ratios to their employees compensation is not justified.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The effects of the Climate Crisis now on Agriculture. As the planetary weather changes, we’re losing our ability to grow coffee, chiles, mustard, wine, grains, wheat, corn, and chocolate . The Western World will adapt to a bland diet & we’ll learn to engineer our food. However, the growers of crops will be destitute , suffering from erratic drought s and weather extremes. The farmers globally, especially in poorer Nations like Brazil and West Africa , they’ll go hungry. Western Nations may have insurance protection & the prices for food will continue to increase. There are remedies: solar panels over crops to shield them from the Sun. We can’t save Apples from an early frost. We can stop the War in Ukraine, this is unnecessarily increasing our Global dependence on dirty fossil fuels and creating a devastating heat feedback loop. Are we capable of saving ourselves? Can man stop his ambitions for conquest? If not, give Ukrainians the overwhelming firepower they need and end Putin’s War quickly. The World can not afford a War that exacerbates climate change!

It’s not clear what the impact of climate extremes; drought, floods, cyclones, has on people, poor and middle classes, agriculture, healthcare, productivity and infrastructure. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Finally there is a reverse of Corporate Business taxation. Corporations have many loopholes to evade taxation overseas and in fact, limiting Corporations taxation overseas encouraged the off shoring of business and jobs. Corporations with subsidies overseas pay 5% on their income to the US Treasury. The American taxpayer is in a lose lose position now. First we lost jobs with every trade agreement, then we lost jobs when Corporations moved overseas and we lost wages when American workers were told to compete with foreign labor. Now, just like individuals who are taxed twice on income invested, the American Corporations are asked to pay their fair share and bring business back home, they’re crying that what’s already happened will happen again? Why should American business not share equally in taxation as the rest of us? America needs revenue to run . Next the Federal Government should tax all Corporate income for FICA deduction irrespective of income level. Every employee of a Corporation should pay the FICA deduction, independent of salary level. Everyone should pay their fair share. It’s patriotic!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Last week citizens demonstrated for health benefits and services. At the end of June, the Rail Workers will strike for higher pay & benefits. Like the Court defense barristers intending to strike, assistant make 31,000 pounds. Not enough to live on with rising inflation. Teachers may strike next. Inflation is Global and not sustainable, using high interest rates to curb it can’t be our only tool. The poor and middle Class need equal treatment to Corporations. The poor and middle Class didn’t cause inflation and haven’t benefited over the last decade.
