The new reflective asphalt, lowers the ground temperatures 25 degrees Fahrenheit and the air temperatures 1 degrees Celsius. The new paint is used on Hospital roofs effectively. Meanwhile, to avoid 25 consecutive days of 95 degree Fahrenheit, millions of square miles are car lanes are using reflective asphalt with a life of 20-30 yrs. All cities should be adapting this methodology and more to prevent severe heat and deaths.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Weather extremes are the norm. The 4-5 inches of rain in the Sacramento area comes amidst a drought. The earthquakes felt before the New Year occurred in the Rio Del region. All these weather disturbances are an introduction to 2023 weather patterns. Unless we decrease fracking, mining and Fossil Fuel emissions of all types, expect the California weather patterns to become more extreme. There is a direct correlation between Carbon and methane emissions and weather extremes. If we don’t want useless land, all Fossil Fuel emissions have to decline. The destruction from weather extremes outweighs the benefits of Fossil Fuel usage.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The magnificent Havasupai Falls, the blue green lagoons will be restored along with critical infrastructure. FEMA is designating money for the area’s infrastructure. Rebuilding is required to allow the Havasupai to maintain their lands after recent torrential flooding. The FEMA money will help the Havasupai nation survive and allow them to reopen their area to tourists. Another problem must be addressed by the US government; uranium mining has to stop on Indian lands. It’s a blight on the environment and produces toxic waste. Where are the desist orders and orders for cleanup? Which Federal Dept oversees Uranium mining? Note: There is no more need for uranium tipped missiles, when cheap drones are effective.

Water on Mars, makes a landing and habitat feasible. America will once again reach for the stars, I’m optimistic, great scientific breakthroughs occur when we explore space and those discoveries are not limited to Space. Dr. Otto is working to lessen the damage caused by planet warming by lessening the impact of the weather. If people have an early warning system they can can prepare for extreme flooding or heat. Ultimately, she states, we know there’s a link between Fossil Fuel usage and weather extremes and we must eliminate Fossil Fuel usage to survive. TheVoiceOfJoyce As we approach the New Year Russia continues to send in missile barrages. The Kamikaze drones were repelled 100%. Other areas, bordering Russia, near Kharkiv and Donetsk suffered damage to an industrial complex. The UK is sending bomb detectors and kits, the Czechs are sending suspension bridges, aid will continue to stream into Ukraine. Meanwhile, Belarus is deciding whether the missile, that landed on their territory, is a reason to enter the War on Russia’s behalf? The Ukrainians are prepared to defend themselves and have warned against Belarus’ possible aggression. They need more effective weapons to repel missiles and longer range missiles to deter Russian strikes. Peace by February 24?

More missile barrages , leave 9 million Ukrainians without power. Putin met with the Asian States and is concentrating on helping Belarus. What will Belarus give Putin in return? Troops? Ukrainians must continue to fight and must have the weapons to repel the missile barrages. There can be no ceasefire or thoughts of peace, unless and until Ukraine’s counteroffensive is 75% effective in disarming or dismantling the Russian army on their soil.
